Hi,

I saw a snake last night at around midnight on the path up the hill to tai peng. It was not so big, was green on the back, and yellow on the belly side, with a triangular head, and orange cat-eyes. The end of its tail was brown. Not agressive, just moving slowly across the path. Does anybody know anything regarding those green snakes on lamma? Are they venomous (i think so)? How deadly? Any cases of snake bites on lamma? Should i ask the policemen for more info?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

That is proboably any of the species trimeresurus. Called Pit vipers.

Yes, venomous, but rarelly deadly. A bite is very painful.
