Hide spots for largerer snakes

Im looking for some inspiration for a hide spot for a larger snake... larger ball pythons, boas.  any new ideas are welcome =)

Make a cave / log / whatever out of papier mâché and use weights inside it (build in) to keep it in place! Stones, rubble .. anything.

Inexpensive, not bound to any specific size, paint it how you want, add moss, whatever.

i have cork bark and  store bought caves.... even boxes as hides... im thinking of maybe a sturdy box that they can sit on top of as a platform as well as hide inside.  the only issue i am having is when you want to take the snake out and its inside the hide will it be hard to get it out?

Make a wooden box with hinges, cover it with styrofoam and do like you would with a background?
Think it could get pretty nice :)
